Yesterday, I stopped by the house of some friends of mine. When I got there, I was introduced to one of their friends, who is training to become a mixed martial arts fighter. We all went to the pool/gym so he could excercise, and a thought jumped in my head. I figured this would be a wonderful time to being training for freerunning.

I used to freerun a little, but I stopped so I could focus on finishing school. Now I'm out, but I really never found the time to get my endurance back up so I could begin freerunning again. Yesterday and today, I ran on the treadmill for about 40 minutes and did some leg excercises and stretches.

I am a little worried that my legs will bulk up, though. It took a while for them to get down to a reasonable size after I stopped DDR ^.^;;
